For high-temperature non crystalline materials and crystalline non fibrillated materials formed by this system, refer to the standard for plastic materials applicable to hot nozzles

The system body shall be made of heat-treated stainless steel S136 (electroslag), HRC (42-44)

This product is suitable for plastic products that crystallize and heighten fiber materials

Halogen free material is m340 for nozzle core and gate sleeve (professional heat treatment required)

It is recommended to add fiber (below 50%gf) to all fiber reinforced plastic materials

It is not applicable to plastic materials with color change and fiber addition. In this case, it should be formed by needle valve

適用于所有加纖的塑膠材料建議加纖（50%GF以下）

不適用于有換色并加纖的塑膠材料,此種情況應用針閥成型
