Industry assistance quotation
1. The business assistant will countersign and place an order on the maintenance system after the quotation of the maintenance project is completed.
2. For maintenance orders that do not quote, the after-sales engineer will place the maintenance order on the system and the department head will countersign it.
Drawing of R & D department
1. The drawing of the repair order is completed within 3.5 hours.
2. For the maintenance sheet with maintenance quotation, the time of countersignature by the industry assistant shall prevail, and the drawing shall be completed within 3.5 hours.
3. The maintenance plan that needs to be modified and sent to the customer should be completed within 2.5 hours.
4. For the repair order placed before 18:30, the drawing work should be completed on the same day. The repair order that is not urgent after 18:30 can be extended to the morning of the next day (special treatment for special circumstances and Sundays).
Production and processing
1. PMC shall notify the after-sales supervisor one day in advance if there is any abnormality in the production and processing process that cannot be completed on schedule.
2. When the maintenance order cannot be completed on time, the maintenance team leader shall feed back the information to the department head, who will coordinate the work.
Get accessories
1. The accessories processed by the production department shall be received by the production department. For example: valve needle, heating pipe, copper bar, package standard parts need to be modified.
2. After sales maintenance picking shall be completed in accordance with the after sales picking operation process.
Hot runner assembly
1. The assembly of maintenance products shall be completed within 1.5 hours.
2. The maintenance team leader shall arrange the hot nozzle assembly according to the actual needs, and conduct self inspection on the maintenance products after the assembly, such as the total height of the product; Hot nozzle grounding and power on detection; Try heating up.
3. The repaired products need to be delivered to the client within 3 hours when installing the trial mold. The after-sales engineer should inform the salesman of the time when the repaired products will be delivered to the customer, and the salesman can communicate with the customer to prepare for the trial mold in advance.
4. If there is a quotation for the maintenance products, the after-sales engineering should also bring the delivery note when delivering the goods. The delivery note is signed by the client and received on behalf of the customer of the maintenance products. After returning to the company, the final note is handed over to the business assistant.
5. When the maintenance products are sent to the customer, the maintenance team leader will pack the maintenance products and put them at the door of the warehouse, and inform the industry assistant to send the goods according to the schedule. The shunting plates repaired outside the province or products weighing more than 20kg must be packed in wooden cases, which can bear the weight and collision of the shunting plates during transportation. The maintenance products in the province can be packed according to the actual situation to ensure that the accessories will not be damaged during transportation.
